By using our website, registering for the course, joining the Telegram channel or discussion spaces, or using the Telegram guide bot, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Educational Purpose
The course provides educational and reflective materials related to the Bhagavad-gita and personal development. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The course is self-paced. Progress shown in the Telegram guide bot is based on actions voluntarily marked by the participant and does not represent a formal academic certification.

Eligibility
The course is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Registration and Telegram
You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for entering the same email address in the Telegram guide bot when asked to do so.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account and keeping it secure. The course may not function correctly if Telegram, your Telegram account, linked channels, or other third-party services are unavailable.

Course Materials and Intellectual Property
Course text, images, audio, video, branding, and other materials are owned by VIRA, Inc. or used with permission.
You may access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, sell, publish, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit the materials without prior written permission from VIRA, Inc.

Community Conduct and Public Spaces
Linked Telegram channels, groups, comments, and discussions may be visible to other users. Do not post sensitive personal information in public spaces.
You agree not to use the course or related community spaces to:
  • harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm others;
  • submit false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive content;
  • interfere with another participant’s access or privacy;
  • copy or redistribute course materials without permission;
  • disrupt the website, bot, channel, group, or related services.
We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect participants, the organization, or the service.

Voluntary Donations
The course is offered on a voluntary donation basis. There is no fixed fee, and making a donation is not required to register, continue learning, or access course materials.
If you choose to donate, the donation is made to VIRA, Inc. through PayPal or another third-party payment provider. Donations are voluntary, and no goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation.
Tax treatment of a donation depends on the donor’s circumstances and applicable law. Please consult a qualified tax adviser for personal tax advice.

Institute News
The Telegram guide bot may provide occasional Institute News about future courses, meetings, events, and related educational opportunities.
Institute News are enabled by default when a course profile is created. You may turn them off at any time in the bot’s Settings. Turning off Institute News does not affect your access to the course.

Third-Party Services
The course may contain links to Telegram, PayPal, websites, channels, chats, and other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, or terms.

Availability and Disclaimer
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the website, Telegram bot, course channel, discussion spaces, or materials will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The course and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
