When you use the Telegram guide bot, we may collect:
- your Telegram user ID, username, name, and language settings;
- the email address you enter in the bot;
- your course progress, completed lessons, and bot settings;
- notification preferences;
- messages, commands, and support requests you send to the bot;
- technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How We Use InformationWe use personal information to:
- process course registrations;
- connect a website registration with a Telegram account;
- create and maintain a personal course progress profile;
- provide lessons, course guidance, reminders, and support;
- send occasional Institute News about future courses, meetings, events, and related educational opportunities;

- maintain security, prevent abuse, and keep reliable service records;
- comply with legal obligations.
Study reminders and Institute News are managed separately in the Telegram bot settings.
Institute News are enabled by default when a course profile is created. You may turn them off at any time in the bot’s Settings. Turning off Institute News does not affect access to the course.
Public Telegram SpacesThe learning channel, linked discussion group, comments, and other Telegram spaces may be visible to other Telegram users. Please do not post sensitive personal information in public spaces.
Content you share in a public Telegram space may be copied, forwarded, or retained by other users. Public interactions are also subject to Telegram’s own terms and privacy practices.
How We Share InformationWe do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the website, registration forms, database, Telegram guide bot, communications, security, and donation processing. These providers may include Tilda, Cloudflare, Telegram, and PayPal.
If you make a donation, PayPal processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. VIRA, Inc. does not receive or store your full payment-card information.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights and users, or in connection with a legal or organizational process.
Data Retention and DeletionWe retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the course, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at

Deletion of personal information may remove your registration, Telegram connection, communication preferences, and saved course progress. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.
International ProcessingVIRA, Inc. and our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where those providers operate.
Children’s PrivacyThe course is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
SecurityWe use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
